Christopher Wynne serves as a Managing Partner of MountainStar Capital. Mr. Wynne is focused on the management and operational success of MountainStar Capital’s Real Estate and Health Divisions. He has a proven track record in sourcing investment opportunities, building business solutions, managing risk, and executing plans. Mr. Wynne utilizes his business and legal experience to guide the company on issues pertaining to management, operations, investment holdings, financing, acquisitions, and business agreements.

Mr. Wynne is also the Co-founder of the Georgia School of Orthodontics, the nation’s largest Orthodontic Residency Program. The Program has gained national acclaim for its advanced facilities, quality care, and service to both the military and underserved communities. He serves on the Executive Committee of GSO’s Board of Trustees and operates MountainStar’s Health Division to oversee administration of the Program.

Prior to his role at MountainStar Capital, Mr. Wynne was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ponte Vedra Management Group (PVMG), an asset management group with diverse real estate, securities, and corporate holdings. Prior to joining Ponte Vedra Management Group, he worked in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities at BSB Capital in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Wynne currently serves on the Boards of the Georgia School of Orthodontics, First Coast Cultural Center in Ponte Vedra Beach, Sawgrass Village Executive Center Association, and St. Johns Title. He also served on the Young Ambassador’s Council of the Florida House and co-chaired the Cowford Ball benefitting the American Cancer Society in fall of 2016, which raised more $650,000 for the fight against cancer. Mr. Wynne is an avid volunteer and additionally supports Habitat for Humanity, the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, St. Vincent’s Healthcare Foundation, and the Jacksonville Public Library.

Mr. Wynne is a bar admitted practicing attorney in the State of Florida, with his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and B.B.A. with Honors in Finance, and B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
