Jessica Wynne serves as a Managing Director of MountainStar Partners. Mrs. Wynne is a business and legal affairs executive with a comprehensive background in organizational agreements and compliance. With her extensive legal and business knowledge, Mrs. Wynne reviews and advises the company on issues of compliance, legal structuring, and governance. She advises the company and our partners on how best to structure entities and ensure regulatory compliance and correct reporting.
In addition to her executive leadership at MountainStar, Mrs. Wynne is President and Founder of Vail Valley Luxury Rentals, a luxury vacation property management company. Mrs. Wynne uses her vast experience in the luxury real estate industry to lead the team in ongoing operations and management of the company. She also currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia School of Orthodontics, the largest orthodontic residency program in the country.
Prior to her role at MountainStar Partners, Mrs. Wynne served as Partner and Associate General Counsel for Ponte Vedra Management Group (PVMG). Before joining Ponte Vedra Management Group, she worked as a Legal Fellow at the University of North Florida Office of General Counsel.
Mrs. Wynne is a Director of the Lazzara Family Foundation, and an active member in the community. She serves on the University of North Florida’s Student Affairs Community Council, as well as on the Jacksonville Public Library Foundation. Mrs. Wynne is a member of the Young Ambassador’s Council of the Florida House and has served on event committees for the American Cancer Society, St. Vincent’s, Wolfson Children’s Hospital, and the Jacksonville Public Library. One of the largest events she co-chaired was the Cowford Ball benefitting the American Cancer Society in the fall of 2016, which raised more $650,000 for the fight against cancer. Mrs. Wynne has also donated hours of her time to Beaches Habitat for Humanity, which provides affordable homes for qualified families in need at no profit.
Mrs. Wynne is a bar admitted practicing attorney in the State of Florida, and is a certified realtor in both Florida and Colorado. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.B.A. in finance from Southern Methodist University.
