Liz Hana Parham has been with MountainStar Partners since its inception in 2013. Liz’s professional duties include Commercial Asset Manager of several real estate holdings in the Jacksonville area and Atlanta, GA. In addition to those duties, she is the VP of Sales and Operations for MSC’s subsidiary, Vail Valley Luxury Rentals, which is comprised of 6 luxury properties in Colorado and Louisiana.
Liz is also a Realtor for MountainStar’s in house brokerage, Oceanic Properties. She has sold over $12 million in commercial and residential properties since 2016. She is currently overseeing the development of Palm Valley Gardens, a subdivision located in Palm Valley. In addition, Liz will be responsible for the sales and marketing of MSP’s remodeled luxury condo building on the river in San Marco. In 2023, she became the Licensed Real Estate Broker for the brokerage.
Liz has over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing. She previously sold advertising for The Florida Times Union and MINT Magazine and was a territory sales manager with Office Depot.
Liz is a First Coast native and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida. She loves spending time with friends and family, going to concerts and the beach. Liz lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with her husband, Michael, their son, Declan and their favorite pup, Kaiser. Go Gators!
